Anna joined the Endeavour Trust Board in September 2022, prior to which she was the Vice Chair of Governors at Wilmington Primary School. She is a Lecturer for the Open University and specialises in the design and delivery of undergraduate modules in the Faculty of Business and Law. Anna through her work with the University, also supports students in the workplace, studying on the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship programme.    Anna’s previous experience was as Head of Human Resources. She has a strong commitment to ensuring that the Trust supports staff wellbeing and as a parent, understands the importance of students learning in a safe and secure environment. She is also keen to ensure that all children receive the support they require to reach their potential.
