Daniel Gadd

Dan Gadd has been an integral part of Stone Lodge since January 2020, serving as the Premises Manager. His role has seen him play a pivotal part in the transition to the new school building in April 2022, where his expertise ensured a seamless move for students and staff. Following this, Dan expanded his impact across the Trust by contributing his skills to other schools, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted and capable leader.

Dan has now stepped into the role of Deputy to the Head of Premises & Estates, a position that allows him to bring his extensive experience in managing educational facilities to a broader context. With many years of experience working within educational environments, Dan is well-versed in the unique challenges and needs of schools. His deep understanding of premises management and his hands-on approach make him an invaluable asset to Endeavour MAT’s central team, where he continues to apply his knowledge and skills to enhance the operational standards across the Trust.
