Geraldine is a highly skilled practitioner with experience across the health and education sectors.  Following her Business Economics degree, Geraldine held roles in recruitment, employee relations and payroll at both Great Ormond Street hospital and Barts NHS Healthcare Trust. Whilst in the NHS she completed a post graduate qualification in HR Management at Kingston University, gaining CIPD membership. This led to a role working with Educational Psychologists looking after their HR department before joining a Multi Academy Trust as a Senior HR Business Partner.  Geraldine has continued to progress, becoming a Chartered Member of the CIPD in August 2022 as well as certification in psychometric systems from Thomas International.

Personally, I have a young family and love creating memories with them so you will often find me arranging family trips.  Being raised in a Ghanian home I am a lover of different cultures and countries so do like to do this as a past time, I love to sing so do sing at my family church!
