Gill Mond

Gill joined Endeavour MAT as Head of Governance and Compliance in April 2024. She has previously been the lead governance professional in a number of other Trusts and maintained schools across both primary and secondary phases as well as specialist settings in the last ten years. Gill liaises with Trust and school leaders as well as Trustees and local governors on a daily basis to ensure the Trust in compliant with all DfE and company requirements. She also holds the post of Data Protection Officer for the Trust. Before starting a family Gill worked in print media, delivering advertising and promotional solutions across a wide variety of magazines and websites as well as organising client facing events.
