Jo Britton

I have worked in HR within education for just over 2 years, previously I worked in an array of different sectors from the health sector to luxury fashion!
I have always wanted to work in HR, mainly as I am fascinated by people, but I also love the fast pace of the role, no two days are ever the same in HR.
HR is a pivotal part of any organisation and it’s a privilege to be part of the HR team within Endeavour MAT.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and finding new places to discover. I am a keen runner, but also enjoy coastal walks
on the Kent coast. I love the arts from painting to musical theatre. I really enjoy spending time in London and Kent visiting exhibitions & Museums.
