Ross joined Endeavour MAT in January 2018 as Finance Manager, became Head of Finance in 2022 and has contributed to many of the key developments of the Trust over that time. Ross is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and joined the Trust with experience gained in the hotel and motorsport sectors in a range of finance roles. When he is not leading the Finance Team at Endeavour MAT Ross enjoys spending quality time with his young family.
