Endeavour MAT Awards
Our staff are the beating heart of our organisation and the key to outstanding student achievement! The impact of our staff's talent, dedication, ingenuity, and compassion cannot be understated. Put simply – it’s how we do what we do.
We are extraordinarily proud of our staff and the positive outcomes they achieve on behalf of every child and young person in our care. Our Staff Development Programme and the opportunities it provides for staff to hone their skills and progress their careers has resulted in many new appointments and promotions to senior roles across the Trust and recognises their contribution and value to our organisation. At Endeavour MAT we don’t shy away from opportunities to celebrate exceptional performance and results; an Endeavour MAT Award is a coveted accolade and allows us all to come together to celebrate and show appreciation for the amazing work carried out by our staff.
