Endeavour MAT has adopted a new Strategic Plan for the period 2022 - 2027, which outlines the ambitions for the Trust over the medium term.

As a multi academy trust we have clear strategic themes which are founded in our vision and values. The Strategic Plan 2022-2027 outlines our plans and communicates these so that all stakeholders can have confidence in our commitment to the future.

Underpinning the Strategic Plan is an Operational Development Plan along with Medium Term Financial Plans and detailed budgets as well as individual School Improvement Plans.
